STATE OF ILLINOIS MAY BAN LION MEAT

The Lion Meat Act sponsored by Rep. Luis Arroyo would make it illegal to sell, slaughter or eat lions. Unfortunately the fine would be a mere $2,500. It's a good effort, but not enough to stop the practice.

Lions are being slaughtered for their skin. The meat is a side business and there are several restaurants in the United States selling lion meat..

Arthur was a stray dog who decided to join a European Peak Performance Team during their treck through the jungle in South America. It all started when one of the members gave him a meatball.
