As for how Muslim women got to legally wear face covering at citizenship ceremonies, here is background on Zunera Ishaq, the Pakistani woman who started it all.

Before she even became a Canadian citizen, Zunera Ishaq sued for the right to cover her face while taking the citizenship oath, and won.

Earlier this week, The Rebel reported on Ishaq’s ties to radical Muslim organizations.

Now a Quebec newspaper is also reporting that Zunera Ishaq volunteers for a radical association linked to the pro-Taliban terrorist group/political party Jamaat-e-Islami.

As an organizer with the Islamic Circle of North America, she’s even hosted a ICNA meeting at her house!

What a great Canadian, eh?

Zunera Ishaq wouldn’t talk to the Journal de Montreal when they asked her to comment, but why would she when every other media outlet in Canada is her cheerleader?
